GILBOA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Gilboa man has been arrested following an investigation into a domestic dispute, according to police. Stefan Wexell, 29, is facing several charges. On July 14 at 11:59 p.m., police responded to a home in Gilboa for the report of a domestic dispute involving a gun. The investigation determined that during an argument, Wexell allegedly brandished and discharged a firearm within the residence, causing property damage. The victim and a child were inside the house at the time before they both fled to a vehicle, attempting to leave. Wexell then reportedly jumped on to the moving car, damaging it before fleeing on foot. Police investigations determined that Zachary Lapoint, 33, of Killington, stole a firearm and cash from an unlocked vehicle. The suspect, Kenneth Dupuy, 31, was located shortly after on Nickwackett Street and arrested for two counts of aggravated assault. 22-Year-Old Rider Injured in Electric Bicycle Accident near Arville StreetLAS VEGAS, NV (July 17, 2023) – Tuesday afternoon, one man was hospitalized after an electric bicycle collision on West Pyle Avenue.Authorities responded to the scene just before 3:50 p.m., near Decatur Boulevard on July 11th.Per reports, the driver of a Toyota Tundra was heading east and struck a man who was riding an electric bicycle and failed to stop at the stop sign. Crews described the electric bike as a Juiced Bikes Camp Scrambler.Upon impact, the cyclist was ejected from his electric bike and suffered life-threatening injuries. Paramedics arrived and transported the cyclist to Sunrise Hospital’s Trauma Unit in critical condition.Meanwhile, the Tundra driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
